For the 6th consecutive year, StoneGate Apartment Homes has received awards from two online reputation platforms: Top Rated by ApartmentRatings and Elite 1% ORA award with impressive stats. 2020 Elite 1% Properties for Online Reputation by J Turner Research What exactly does it mean to be a part of the Top 1%? It means that out of over 122,000 apartment communities nationwide, only 1,303 apartments will earn the Elite 1% distinction. More impressively, StoneGate ranked #3 in the whole state of New York. J Turner Research uses a statistical model and assigns an Online Reputation Assessment (ORA™) score on a scale of 0-100, which determines the rank of each apartment community in this ranking. Only about 5% of the total properties listed on the site qualify for an award. Key StoneGate amenities have opened up, just in time for cooler weather. That’s right, the clubhouse, fitness center, and business center are open for residents to use. We are excited for you to have access to these popular amenities again, and we are excited to socialize in person — with proper social distancing precautions in place, of course. Come chat with your neighbors from a safe social distance of course. Bookmobile Is Back The bookmobile has returned! Mark your calendar for the first Monday of each month to take advantage of this service. We’ve worked hard to attain this designation – it represents proven, verified superior energy performance over a 12-month period. In fact, ENERGY STAR certified buildings perform in the top 25 percent of similar buildings nationwide! Energy Star Certification means meeting a high bar, and by meeting these strict standards, StoneGate Apartment Homes is saving energy, saving money, and helping protect the environment by generating fewer greenhouse gas emissions than typical buildings. For more than 20 years, EPA’s ENERGY STAR program has been America’s resource for saving energy and protecting the environment – today, thousands of facility owners and managers use ENERGY STAR to improve the energy performance of their buildings. Introducing Valet Trash & Recycling at StoneGate Apartment Homes

Years of hauling trash to the dumpster are over! StoneGate is pleased to announce a brand new service! Valet Trash and Recycling are now included in our amenity package. After careful consideration, we are partnering with Valet Living to bring this service to members of our apartment community. Valet Living is the only nationally-recognized full service amenities provider for the multi-family industry. We are excited to be working with them on behalf of our residents. Valet service means your trash and recyclables will be picked up at your doorstep five days a week — a definite plus, especially during inclement weather; no more hauling trash out to the dumpster! We are pleased to include this new amenity for our StoneGate residents. Please refer to the information you have previously received for details regarding pick-up schedules, preparing for pick-up, recycling guidelines, and for the dedicated support service number. Recyclable items include plastic, paper, metal, and glass. Key highlights for prepping trash and recyclables: Bag and tie all waste Double bag pet waste Break down all cardboard boxes Bundle newspapers and magazines Aim to keep bags at 25 lbs or less Place items out between 5-7PM This is a new service, and our goal is to make a seamless transition; however, there may be changes and improvements implemented along the way to make it a better experience for everyone.
