Recently during the height of Christmas baking, I had issues w my oven. Joe & Jesse were all over it. I had a new stove in less than 5 days. I cannot say enough positives. The ORA award is presented by J Turner Research , an independent market research firm exclusively focused on the multifamily industry. We would like to thank all of our residents, past and present, for making this possible, as awards were based off of Online Reputation. What exactly does it mean to be a part of the Top 1%? It means that out of over 128,000 apartment communities nationwide, only 1,564 apartments will earn the Elite 1% distinction. More impressively, StoneGate ranked #6 in the whole state of New York. Developed by J Turner Research, the ORA® Power Ranking is based on monthly online reputation research of over 128,000 properties’ lifetime reviews across multiple review sites and Internet Listing Services (ILSs). Then using a statistical model, they assign an Online Reputation Assessment (ORA™) score on a scale of 0-100, which determines the rank of each apartment community in this ranking. Introducing Valet Trash & Recycling at StoneGate Apartment Homes

Years of hauling trash to the dumpster are over! StoneGate is pleased to announce a brand new service! Valet Trash and Recycling are now included in our amenity package. After careful consideration, we are partnering with Valet Living to bring this service to members of our apartment community. Valet Living is the only nationally-recognized full service amenities provider for the multi-family industry. We are excited to be working with them on behalf of our residents. Valet service means your trash and recyclables will be picked up at your doorstep five days a week — a definite plus, especially during inclement weather; no more hauling trash out to the dumpster! We are pleased to include this new amenity for our StoneGate residents. Please refer to the information you have previously received for details regarding pick-up schedules, preparing for pick-up, recycling guidelines, and for the dedicated support service number. Recyclable items include plastic, paper, metal, and glass. Key highlights for prepping trash and recyclables: Bag and tie all waste Double bag pet waste Break down all cardboard boxes Bundle newspapers and magazines Aim to keep bags at 25 lbs or less Place items out between 5-7PM This is a new service, and our goal is to make a seamless transition; however, there may be changes and improvements implemented along the way to make it a better experience for everyone. StoneGate Apartment Homes have maintained our prestigious ranking, appearing in the 2018 Elite 1% properties in the nation for online reputation . This is the fourth consecutive year we’ve earned this award. The Elite 1% ORA™ Power Ranking is an annual ranking developed by J Turner Research based on monthly online reputation research of over 101,000 apartments, across 19+ review sites and Internet Listing Services (ILSs). We think this is quite a feat, and we recognize that members of our apartment community are an integral part of our success. In order to qualify for this recognition (only 1,234 apartments achieved ORA™ Elite 1% ranking in 2018), a property had to register a minimum ORA™ (Online Reputation Assessment) score of 89 and have at least 12 online reviews during 2018. The ORA™ score, based on a scale of 0–100, is an aggregate compilation of an apartment’s ratings across 19+ review sites and ILSs. StoneGate scored 94! For comparisons, the national average score is 61.56. The ORA™ score serves as the industry standard to measure and benchmark a property’s or company’s online reputation.
